Your data will be stored in our database for the legally established retention period. We inform you that your data will be shared with law enforcement agencies as required by law. • Billing
If you contract our services, you are hereby informed and expressly consent to the use of your personal data provided to HOVIMA HOTELS for the purpose of managing your billing. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the obligation to issue invoices for the delivery of goods and services, as established in Law 58/2003 of December 17, the General Tax Law. • Curriculum management
If you wish to work at HOVIMA HOTELS, in accordance with our internal policy regarding resume collection, and for better organization and centralization of information, resumes must be submitted through the portal https://rrhh.hovima.com/trabaja-con-nosotros/account/signup or by email to cv@hovima.com . Please note that resumes sent to other email addresses will be deleted from our system. The purpose of this process is to manage your participation in recruitment processes for any positions within the companies that comprise HOVIMA HOTELS: Turística Konrad, SL and Santa María del Sur, SA. This is all based on your express consent, either by accepting the privacy policy or by acknowledgment of receipt.
If your application is successful, your data will become part of your file as a contracted employee and will be kept in the company while you maintain your status as an employee and, after the termination of the employment relationship for any reason, will be kept for the legally established statute of limitations period in labor matters.
